Northern Water is seeking a Grounds Keeper in Berthoud, CO to maintain and conduct repairs to all Northern Water grounds and facilities. This individual will be responsible for using water efficiency practices to maintain current landscape and garden aesthetics, rehabilitate old landscaping and participate in planning for the Berthoud Campus expansions and off-site landscapes. Tasks include mowing, edging, maintaining watering systems, snow removal, fertilizing and other necessary tasks using proper tools and procedures. This person should have knowledge of water-wise landscaping and irrigation techniques. In addition to other duties, this person may be asked to assist with educational tours of the Conservation Campus.
