Krista Guerrero from Metropolitan Water District of Southern California will discuss Metropolitan’s efforts to reduce water use in Southern California during the region’s most recent drought. Discussion will center around the programmatic changes that Metropolitan made to encourage water use efficiency, water conservation outreach and advertising strategies that were implemented during the last drought, and lessons learned from these implementations.
