Join us for the 2021 Hybrid Water Conservation Symposium!

We are so happy to be able to plan for a hybrid event in 2021. This year's even will be hosted at Mile High Station in Denver, CO on October 26. We also know that some organizations and individuals are not comfortable with in person attendance at events so we are pleased to offer a virtual option for this year's event.

Covid-19 Guidelines

  • Colorado WaterWise will follow all federal, state and local guidelines on Covid-19 in place at the time of the event.
  • Because this event is being held indoors, Colorado WaterWise is requiring face coverings while inside the building (when not actively eating or drinking).
  • Depending on weather conditions, seating for lunch may be available outside.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the venue.
  • If you're sick or exhibiting any symptoms leading up to the event, please contact us and we would be happy to help transition your ticket to a virtual ticket.
  • The venue does allow room for social distancing during the event and we request each attendee maintain 6 feet of distance as available.

Ticket refund policy:
For in-person attendees who have health concerns and would like to transfer their in-person ticket to a virtual ticket, please contact us to make that request. Requests must be received by October 15 to receive a refund for the ticket price difference. Requests received after October 15 will not receive a refund due to food and beverage commitments. In-person and virtual attendees are able to transfer their ticket to another individual if desired.
