The Wastewater Treatment Facility Foreman is an integral part of the wastewater operations team at Mt. Crested Butte Water and Sanitation District. This position oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of the wastewater collection system, lift stations, and treatment facilities. The Foreman is responsible for managing operators and field staff, ensuring safe and compliant operations in accordance with CDPHE, EPA, and OSHA standards.

This role includes scheduling fieldwork, supervising staff, participating in hands-on tasks, and monitoring SCADA and telemetry systems. Seasonal duties include jetting and CCTV inspections in the summer and snow removal at District facilities in the winter. The Foreman reports directly to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Supervisor and plays a key leadership role in helping the District achieve its operational and environmental goals.
