Spring 2026 EditionFrom the EditorThe big topic this year will likely be the unusually dry and warm winter much of Colorado has experienced. Whether the state will officially enter a drought remains to be seen — only time will tell. As is tradition, the spring issue focuses on the outdoor aspects of conservation. Several articles explore landscapes, plants, and practical ways to make green spaces and gardens more sustainable. Both Garden In A Box and Plant Select® continue to offer native and climate-adapted plant options tailored for Colorado landscapes. The current newsletter edition is available for viewing only. Members can access a full PDF through the members-only section. Colorado WaterWise members also have access to the full archive with all past Waterwise editions.
